Do you complete shoe repair in-store?

We do not perform shoe repairs in-store, however, we are a drop-off/pick-up point for Park Shoe Repair, which is located in Ann Arbor. Drop your shoes with needed repairs off here, and Park Shoe Repair will contact you about needed services and payment. We do not handle payment for Park Shoe Repair at Tilton Shoes.

Is my special order in yet?

We receive shoe orders daily, so hopefully your special order arrives quickly! When it does, a member of our team will give you a call at the phone number you gave when placing the order to let you know they are available to be picked up in-store.

Did you move the counter??

Yep, it’s in the front of the store now! There’s more room for new styles, more inventory, and comfy chairs for trying on every cute boot you can find.
